Imidazole modified latent curing agent is a kind of chemically modified curing agent, which can form a one-component system with epoxy resin and so on. it is stable at room temperature and quickly cured under specific conditions

Common application areas

  1. Electronic and electrical field
  2. Electronic packaging: It is used for packaging electronic devices such as chips and integrated circuits to protect the devices from the external environment (such as moisture, dust and chemicals), and ensure the stable electrical performance. Like some new imidazole modified latent curing agent can be in low temperature fast curing, it can meet the requirements of electronic devices on the production efficiency and thermal sensitivity.
  3. Printed circuit board (PCB): Make PCB solder resist, circuit insulation layer, etc. to provide good electrical insulation, prevent circuit short circuit, improve circuit board reliability and service life.
  4. Electrical insulating material: Insulating paint, insulating potting material for electrical equipment such as motors and transformers. With the help of the properties of imidazole-modified latent curing agent, the heat-resistant, corona-resistant and chemical-resistant properties of the material are improved.
  5. Paint field
