The modify isocyanate crosslinker can improve that cohesion and bin force of the product and is more uniform and easier to disperse than emulsion or powder products conventionally apply in the market.

Explanation: According to the above results, our product has strong color fixing ability, which can obviously improve the adhesion of color paste on textiles and reduce the fading caused by water washing, thus achieving the effect of no fading for a long time.
Test conditions:
Cotton cloth of standard whiteness; Aqueous color paste; PU high gloss denim transparent pulp; Color fixative: 3%.
Fixation temperature: 80-120 deg c; Fixation time: 10min; Water washing temperature: 60 C; Water washing time: 2 h; Lotion: Standard soap.

(1) The water resistance of the sample with the addition amount of 10% is tested, and the sample is immersed in 50ml water, and the paint surface has no crack and is smooth after 7 days.
(2) The sample with the addition amount of 10% is subjected to an alcohol resistance test, and the sample is immersed in a 60% ethanol solution, and the paint surface has no crack and is smooth after 3 days.

Proposed use
(1) In the field of water-based wood paint, it is recommended to use the addition amount of 7%-10%;
(2) In the field of textile printing and dyeing, it is recommended to add 3%-4%.
Other application areas of products
(1) In the coating field, the addition of the product can obviously improve the chemical corrosion resistance and the scratch resistance of the coating, and improve the service life and the overall performance of the coating.
(2) In the field of ink, the addition of the product can increase the adhesion of the ink on the substrate and increase the brightness.
(3) In the leather field, the addition of the product can increase the scrubbing resistance of the leather coating and improve the water resistance and chemical resistance of the leather.
Packaging & storage
Packaging specifications for 25Kg plastic barrels, user-specified packaging. This product is stored in a dry, cool, closed condition. The storage period of the product under the original packaging conditions is 12 months from the date of production; Non flammable, explosive, belongs to the general dangerous goods.
