Test Results
| Sample | Blank | 0.2% Vinyl Imidazole Pyrrolidone Copolymer Added |
|---|---|---|
| ΔE Value | 45.3 | 9.9 |
A lower ΔE value indicates better anti-staining performance.
Test Method:
Fabric: Standard white cotton
Color fixative dosage: 0.2%
Reactive black dye concentration: 0.05%
Bath ratio: 1:50
Soaping condition: 60 °C × 30 minutes
These results demonstrate the product’s excellent ability to disperse active dyes and prevent dye redeposition on fabric during soaping.
Vinyl Imidazole Pyrrolidone Copolymer shows excellent dispersibility, effectively dispersing reactive dyes and preventing them from redepositing onto fabrics. It provides outstanding compatibility with detergents and related formulations and is particularly suitable for high-concentration laundry detergents.
